One AI coach for swim, bike and run
Three sports, one picture: training load from power, pace and CSS combined into a single fitness model, a calendar for every discipline and a coach that balances them for you.
Triathlon training is a juggling act. A hard bike session affects tomorrow's run, a missed swim changes the week, and three different apps never tell you how tired you really are. Strilab brings the three disciplines together: each session is scored with the right reference (FTP, threshold pace or CSS) and all of them add up to one fitness, fatigue and form.
The AI coach sees the whole week at once. Ask it to plan your build towards a 70.3 or how to rearrange the week after a trip, and it proposes sessions across swim, bike and run that you accept into your calendar.
What Strilab does for you
One load for three sports
Bike with normalized power and FTP, run with threshold pace, swim with CSS and heart rate as a fallback: every session lands in the same CTL, ATL and TSB.
Volume by discipline
See your weekly hours and distance for swim, bike and run side by side, and spot the discipline that is falling behind.
A calendar for everything
Plan sessions for each sport, rest days, trips and races on one calendar. Strilab works out which activity completed each planned session.
Plans across disciplines
The AI coach plans your week with all three sports in mind, based on your load, your race and how your last sessions went.
Daily readiness
With so much training, recovery matters. Strilab's daily readiness score tells you when to back off, and suggests easing today's session if you need it.
Strava and Garmin, no duplicates
Connect both if you want: when the same workout arrives twice, Strilab keeps one copy and prefers the original device.

- How many planned sessions you completed over the last weeks.
Frequently asked questions
Can Strilab plan my training for an Ironman or 70.3?
Yes. Set your race as your goal and ask the AI coach to plan your weeks. It proposes swim, bike and run sessions based on your current load, and nothing reaches your calendar until you accept it.
How does Strilab combine load from three sports?
Each session gets a training stress score using the best reference for its discipline: FTP on the bike, threshold pace on the run, CSS in the water, or heart rate. Those scores feed a single fitness (CTL), fatigue (ATL) and form (TSB) model.
Do I need a power meter and a heart rate monitor?
No. Strilab uses the best data each session has. More data means more precise load and analysis, but you can start with just your watch.
Is it useful for duathlon or aquathlon?
Yes. The load model and the calendar work with any combination of swim, bike and run; choose a custom goal for your race.
